our approach
We focused specifically on the unique change management needs of Raising Rainbow using a two-prong approach to our work. First, we led strategic team facilitation sessions to help control the change and effect, helping the leaders adapt and move forward with strategic expansion. And lastly, we supported key staff members transition to new roles and responsibilities within the organization.
